We have some bittersweet news to share… After careful consideration and out of an abundance of serving the best customer experience to our community, we have decided to temporarily pause the Wish Wholesale website and absorb all bulk-buyer and business orders into the Wish app.  

When we started the Wish Wholesale project last year we were hoping to become the number one sourcing destination for all small business owners and entrepreneurs. We had to struggle with issues beyond our control such as fraudulent merchants resulting in unsatisfactory product quality and delivery delays as well as inconsistent sourcing options - all issues that the Wish app is well aware of, has made them its utmost priority, and has already taken considerable steps in eliminating.

This is why we feel our efforts will be more fruitful and impactful if our team concentrates into optimizing the core of our business and unite all side projects into the main marketplace app, thus becoming the ultimate affordable shopping experience for any type of customer.  

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our decision. Please keep in mind that the satisfaction of our customers has been our prime concern since the beginning of this project. Our Business Development team will make sure to also reach out to our valued wholesale customers and make the transition as seamless as possible.

Effective immediately, we will stop accepting new orders and focus on fulfilling all recent orders placed by our customers.
