Curious where your order is? Here's how to track it:

Locate your tracking email. 

On average, shipping information is sent 4 days after purchase. You will receive an email with the header "A shipment from order #XXXX is on the way" (check your spam folder if you can't find it). 

*Please note that your order may arrive in multiple packages and shipments. 

Tracking Number. 

In this email you will find your tracking number. It's very common to have multiple tracking numbers, and each unique tracking number will be separated by a comma.

Tracking Site. 

Once you've found your tracking number(s), head to our tracking website herepaste your numbers in the text box and click 'Track'

Errors. 

If your tracking number isn't working, please allow 3-4 days from the initial email for your tracking to update. If it still isn't working, email us at business@wish.com

Delays.

Due to COVID-19, some orders may be delayed up to 3 weeks. Please allow up to 8 weeks for your full order to arrive. If your order still hasn't arrived, please email us at business@wish.com and we can look into this further.
