Wish Wholesale Returns & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Wish Wholesale. We strive to provide a fair and transparent return process. Please review our policy below:
1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.
2. Seller’s Responsibility (Defects or Errors) Full refunds or replacements are available for the following issues:

Incorrect Items: Items that do not match the specifications of your order (e.g., wrong size, wrong color, or different model).

Major Defects/Damage: Items that are defective or damaged during transit.

Non-Delivery: Items not received within 30 days of the shipment date.
Required Evidence: For incorrect, defective or damaged items, please send us photos of the product and the shipping label, and a description of the specific reason for the return through our Customer Support Chat.
3. Change-of-Mind Returns

Return Fee: A flat fee of $15 (Restocking & Shipping fee) will be deducted from your total refund for change-of-mind returns.

Item Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
4. Non-Returnable Items Due to hygiene, safety, and the nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns on the following categories of items. This includes, but is not limited to:

Cosmetics & Skincare: Products such as lipsticks, foundations, creams, and makeup tools cannot be returned if the seal is broken, the packaging has been opened, or the product has been used.

Food & Beverages: Snacks, supplements, and other consumables are non-refundable once delivered (unless expired, tampered with, or incorrect).

Intimate Apparel: Items including underwear, lingerie, shapewear, and swimwear are non-returnable if the packaging has been opened or the item has been worn.

Health & Personal Care: Items such as thermometers, massagers, pregnancy tests, hair removal tools, toothbrushes, and razors are non-refundable if the packaging has been opened.

Sexual Wellness Products: All items in this category are strictly non-returnable due to health and safety regulations.
5. Order Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 3 days of purchase but must occur before the order is fulfilled/shipped.

Once the fulfillment process has started, the order cannot be canceled and must follow our standard return process (including any Return Fees).
6. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved at our warehouse.

If the item is returned in a condition that is not ‘like new’ or is missing original parts/accessories, Wish Wholesale reserves the right to issue only a partial refund.

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to be reflected in your account.

We reserve the right to decline a return if it does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.

Note: Returns sent without our prior authorization will not be accepted. Please ensure you receive our return approval, as outlined in this policy, before sending any item back.
